1. Can I work part time? Expand

Answer: Partnering with us, means you have officially become your own boss. You may work whatever hours you please and manage your business as you please. Just keep in mind, that should you work half of the time, you should also expect half the results!

2. How do agents get paid? Expand

Most of our agents get paid the very same day they write up a piece of business if it’s done electronically on an iPad via our Secure App. If you write a paper application with a live check then you’ll be paid the following day. If you mail out a paper application without a live check then, you’ll typically get paid within 2-3 business days.

3. Do I have to pay for leads upfront? Expand

No. The leads are financed to you. Once you make a sale, 50% of your commissions earnings will go into repayment towards your lead balance. Unlike other companies we want our agents to be financially rewarded for every piece of business written, even if there is a debt owed.

4. How long does it typically take for a new agent to be up and running? Expand

Less than a week on average. We will not micromanage any agent and instead we will match their tempo. The process can be as accelerated or as delayed as you make it.

5. What’s the training process like? Expand

The training begins online on our website. At first there is an on-boarding process which will walk you through step by step instructions to get started. It generally takes 2 days to complete and soon after,  we will have scheduled a field training where you will shadow an experienced agent. For continuous training we have daily conference calls and monthly meetings.

6. How can I earn residual income? Expand

With every policy written there is a 25% withheld from your commission that goes to your “pay thru” or otherwise known as your residual payment. The 25% withheld is then broken up into a 12 month period, so that as you continue to write policies, your residual income continues to increase as time goes on.

7. How can I start my own agency? Expand

You must first learn how to sell and master the product so you can then teach others how to replicate this. If you aren’t up to speed yet, we will train anyone you bring in and they will be a part of your foundation. On either occasion, you can contract and train others to be a part of your agency when and if you should choose to do so. This is NOT mandatory . We are NOT a multi-level marketing company (MLM.) Plenty of our agents still make 6 figures without a team.

8. Is this job recession/pandemic proof? Expand

YES & YES! Because the only guarantee in life is death, you can count that this position will always have a need and therefore a clientele base waiting to be assisted. Most of the clientele we get are on either social security or disability and because of that, they are already on fixed incomes provided by the government. Which means in a time of a pandemic, their pockets aren’t influenced.

9. What would my responsibilities be as an agent? Expand

You’re not just an agent! Once you join, you’re officially a business owner. You will have to contact potential clients, present, sell, and maintain their business. If you choose to expand your business we can help you recruit and train as well.
